“When we were looking at towns to settle down in, we considered all of the usual places. But there was just something about Connecticut that reminded us of where we grew up in Alaska. The vibrant coastal life, the small-town community feel, the access to wonderful local New England-style food. We knew we had found home. Connecticut is a wonderful state that has suffered for too long from punishing and destructive policies.”
